Real Showing has been a creative consulting firm in the real estate industry since 2004. We started out as a virtual tour company, then evolved into a marketing consulting firm for commercial property sales and leasing in 2006. In 2009 we expanded our marketing services to include private lenders, senior care facilities, residential properties, vacation homes, and independent motels.
Rocky Butani founded Real Showing in 2004. He is an experienced Internet marketing consultant, web designer and photographer. Rocky started his career in the real estate industry at the age of 17, when he was in high school. Since then he has gained experience in real estate sales, leasing, loan processing and property management. He later decided to focus on his passion - real estate marketing.
Although Real Showing based in San Francisco, we offer our consulting service throughout the United States. Since we don't give property tours or get involved in transactions, we only need to visit a property once for a photo/video shoot, to study the area around the property, and to meet our customers in person. Thereafter, we can work remotely.
