The Running Aces Harness Race Track will attract thousands of people every week from all over the state.

GAMING!
Besides the harness racing, card rooms will open for gambling in July 2008.

NO HOTELS!
The closest hotel is 3 miles North. Freeway frontage land is available for sale next door. A hotel is desparately needed here.

NO RETAIL!
There are no shopping centers nearby. The closest ones are in Forest Lake a few miles away. Besides having a place to stay, patrons of the race track need a place to shop and more restaurants to dine at. This would be a great location for an outlet mall.
