- We'll build a web page or section for your company's loan program(s)
- We advertise our website on various search engines and other websites to attract borrowers
- We receive all initial inquiries and pass on the leads to you
- You contact the interested party, receive their loan information directly, and close the deal
- You pay Real Showing a marketing fee if the lead we generate turns into a customer
We can list any type of loan program, residential or commercial. The more unique the program the better. We just ask you to keep us updated if there are any changes in your loan program(s). We can list lending programs from anywhere in the United States, even if your loan program is available in only one state or metro area.
Note: there are no upfront fees for our services. Real Showing only gets paid if/when you close a deal from a lead we generate for you.
