• Marketing Plan - we'll present to you a complete list of all the advertising we recommend you do to expose your property, some of which doesn't cost anything. This includes lots of real estate listing websites, FSBO websites, email blasts, search engine pay-per-click advertising (Google, Yahoo, Bing, Facebook), YouTube, mailers to the neighborhood, signage and more.
• Traffic Reports - periodically generate detailed reports of traffic to your property's website
• Refer your buyers to private lenders if they cannot secure traditional financing
• You negotiate the terms and close the deal
• We offer a similar service for commercial properties

Service Fee: 0.50% of Sale Price $5,000 flat fee

• $2,500 due prior to beginning service, remainder due upon close of escrow
• Customer pays for all advertising expenses (by credit card) directly to vendors. Real Showing will reimburse customer for some of the advertising expenses upon sale of property. Advertising expenses will be deducted from after-sale fee (up to $1,000).
• *MLS listing fee is paid by customer directly to partnering broker (fee varies by area)
• Travel expenses will be added to upfront fee for properties located outside the San Francisco Bay Area. We can travel to all 50 states.

Upfront fee may be paid by cash, check or credit card payments through Paypal.com, upon initial property visit. Balance fee must be paid through escrow.

Photo and video shoot may need to be done over 2-3 days depending on lighting, weather and access to property. Real Showing will maintain rights and ownership of the photos and videos. All photos and videos will be watermarked with our logo.

Real Showing's photographer will spend hours shooting the subject property and designing a floor plan. If you don't have the blueprints for the property, he will measure the entire home to sketch the floor plan before designing it on the computer. He will mount a video camera on a car and drive around the property and neighborhood. He can also do a video interview if you'd like to make the online presentation more personal.

Once we have enough visuals we will create a website for the property and we can give it a unique domain name (www.123address.com) so prospects can link to it directly instead of hitting our website's home page first. The web site is the key element to our marketing campaigns and is our most powerful marketing tool. We will track the website's hits and will send you a traffic report periodically. The property website will have our standard layout. We will consider doing a custom layout for an additional fee.
