• Custom-designed Craigslist ad for each property with many photos, posted weekly - sample
• Email blasts to brokers and investors nationwide
• Marketing on social media sites including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter
• Lead management - we collect all leads' information and store it in a database
• Traffic Reports - periodically generate detailed reports of traffic to your portfolio website
• You negotiate the terms direclty with the buyer and close the deal

Service Fee: $2,500 flat fee plus small after-sale fee per property

• $2,500 due prior to beginning service
• After-sale fee amount will depend on number of properties and other factors
• Customer pays for all advertising expenses (by credit card) directly to vendors
• We will continue marketing properties until sold

Upfront fee may be paid by cash, check or credit card payments through Paypal.com prior to beginning service.
