Marketing Service for Senior Care Facilities
Real Showing is a new senior housing consulting firm and we are building an online "visual" library of senior care / assisted living facilities throughout the United States. There are currently a number of senior housing websites on the Internet but none of them do a great job of "showing" each individual facility. Real Showing wants to give the public a great visual presentation of senior facilities with video, photography and a wealth of information. If you operate a senior facility, Real Showing can be a great source of new residents. Here's how our system works:
- We visit the facility for a photo/video shoot and site study (no fee to facility)
- We'll put a video camera on wheels and walk through the facility to show all the common areas and some of the rooms/apartments. We can do a driving video tour of the property and video interviews so you can talk to the public about your facility.
- We'll build a complete website presentation just for your facility to show the videos, photos and other information
- We advertise our website on various search engines and other websites to attract consumers searching for senior housing.
- We receive all initial inquiries and pass on the prospects' information to you
- You show the property, negotiate the terms and close the deal
- You pay Real Showing a referral fee if the lead we generate turns into a paying customer
If your facility does not have a website, we can help you register a public domain name (www.yourfacility.com) which can point to your facility's page on RealShowing.com. You would not have to pay any hosting fees or maintenance fees. You would only pay us a referral fee for all prospects generated throught the website. We would maintain control and ownership of the content.
Facility must have a resident capacity of 25 or higher. We are currently visiting facilities in the following metropolitan areas:

Las Vegas
Note: there are no upfront fees for our services. Real Showing only gets paid if/when a lead we generate for you becomes a resident at your facility.
