Real Showing offers a unique "virtual tour" service to present real estate for sale or lease in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our tours are simple in design but extensive with content. We take lots of quality photos, we also do custom-designed floor plans and real video tours.

Real Showing produces real videos. You may have heard of some virtual tour companies offering videos which are really just animated photos - it's a Flash slideshow which zooms in/out of still photos. We don't do that stuff. We will take a video camera through every room on the property. We'll even mount the camera on a car and drive around the neighborhood. We can upload the produced video to YouTube for additional exposure.
Total fee is due when we do the photo/video shoot. We accept check, cash or credit cards through Paypal. Additional fees may be charged for very large homes. Typical turnaround time is 2-4 days.
